Rules & Regulations

All tickets are non-endorsable, non-refundable once issued. There is a mailing service fee of $20.00 US if paper tickets are requested to be mailed. Certain itineraries require paper tickets; if e-tickets are not available there will be a $20.00 mailing fee.

Total taxes and fees on tickets, which include Passenger Facility Charges; Segment Fees; September 11th Security Fee [Note that this fee will be collected on all tickets purchased after September 30, 2003]; and, for international itineraries, certain government imposed fees range from $30 - $100 USD.

Airfares are valid for up to 30 days only.

No mileage is accrued.

No backtracking permitted. All segments must be confirmed. No open tickets permitted.

All airfares are subject to change without notice.

Before or after departure a penalty of $150.00 U.S. plus difference in the fare.
